Pastor’s Note: (Gen. 18:14) “Is anything to hard for the God?” If you don’t act on what God tells you, can you really say you
believe Him? One of our problems is that we get attached to methods that have worked for us in the past, and keep on going
back to them. The new direction God provides is as valid as the tried and true. Trust Him.

Saturday May 31st 7:00 PM we will have “Christy Sutherland” a Gospel Artist from Nashville, Tennessee. Plan to be present,
you will enjoy the music. And bring a visitor!

Mission effort Brazil: Praise the Lord! $1500 in funds have now been sent to Christian Voice Foundation to arrange for
Brother Eldel to come share with us about the work in Brazil. Some of this came from our General Fund, as the overall giving
at OBC has been quite generous this year. The Brazil fund is still open for additional contributions.

There will be a Baby Shower for Nancy (Stinson) Murray on Saturday, May 31 at 2:00 PM at the church.
