The File Manager: Manage Message Board

To manage your Message Board, click the Message Board button. A listing of the posts on your message board will be displayed.

You can change the way the messages are displayed by clicking the Forum Settings link. A form will be displayed that allows you yo change various aspects of the look of the message board.

To post a new post, click the New Thread link.

To reply to a post, click on the message thread's subject in the listing and then click Post Reply.

You can edit your own messages by clicking on the message subject and then Edit Post. As the administrator, you will not need to remember the password you entered when you originally posted the message, however users who visit your message board will do, and you can reset their passwords here too.

To delete all the messages in a thread, click the Delete Thread link.

To remove a single message, click on the message thread's subject in the listing, and click Edit Post. You should remove the posters message and replace it with some text, like "This message has been removed".

You can send an email to the poster of any message by clicking on their name in the posts listing (if entered).
