To add blank lines to your web page, you will add the break element. Click the Add icon in the Preview Area at the location where you want to insert the break, and then click the break button in the Properties Frame.

Each break element can represent from 1 to 20 blank lines. Select the number of blank lines you wish to insert, and click Save.
