To move an item to a new location on your page, in the Preview Area select the element you want to move by clicking on its Edit Icon. Then click the <-Move or Move-> button in the Properties Frame. Click the button as many times as necessary, until the element is in the desired location.

Tables are the only items that cannot be moved. You also cannot move an element from one cell to another within a table, from inside a table to outside it or from outside to inside, or from one side of a table to the other side.
