The DiscipleBuilders was founded by Terrance Milem in Memphis, TN. We have conducted Evangelism, Discipleship & Leadership training and outreach activities throughout the Memphis community. Our programs are expanding as we develop new training modules and reach out to other areas of the country and throughout the world.
Our programs are all designed to support our overall mission, which is "To support Christian leadership by training, inspiring and equipping them to carry out God's specific plan, purpose and call for their lives."

Terrance L. Milem, Sr. is happily married to his wife of 18 years, Dianne and have 4 children. They are Jemale, Kortney, TJ and Kelsey. He is a graduate of Hamilton High School in Memphis, attended the University of Memphis and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Revelation Message Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology degree. Terrance hold an associates degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary and will receive his Bachelors of Ministry this May from the same school.
God called him to the gospel ministry in 1997. Soon after he was licensed and later ordained. In 2002 Pastor Milem founded Harvest Evangelistic Outreach Ministries, an outreach ministry committed to taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to those in need by providing them with food, clothing, shelter and of course the Word of God. This outreach ministry later grew into Harvest Outreach Ministries Church.

Terrance also founded DiscipleBuilders which is committed to training and equipping Gods leaders and his people for service.
Terrance Milem has served as a youth minister, assistant pastor and senior pastor. He recently served as the Pastor and Program Director of Lighthouse Mission Ministries in Brownsville, TN. & Memphis, TN.
An accomplished teacher and trainer he has developed the Last Commandment Evangelism & Discipleship Training, LeaderShift Leadership Training and DiscipleBuilders Discipleship training Programs. He is available for speaking engagements, seminars, conferences and training sessions.
